3. Business Promotion – This work include online business promotion on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, E-mail campaigning etc. Purpose of business promotion is to catch more eyes to our service.

4. Report Generation – This work include generating report of your daily work activity in a excel sheet. This report will show your work quality and help you to increase your monthly payout.

Minimum Requirement – Laptop/computer with internet connection, good typing speed with basic computer/internet knowledge.

Working Time – Minimum 2 Hrs. Maximum 8 Hrs.

Incentive

Item Description:-

  1. Filming of bridge drawings which are drawn on RTF, RTP, tracing paper, ammonia blue print etc. and are in worn-out/damaged condition drawn by ink or pencil etc. The image is to be transferred on polyester based Agfa make photofilm for long term preservation. The reduction is to be not less than 4.45 times from original drawing without any loss of data/material. After delivery of drawings, vendor should repair all drawings and make electronic database for search software. (Entire work must be completed as per specification and Methodology.
  2. Restoration of film negatives/images involving scanning in grey scale from the resultant film negative. The file format of the raster images of the resultant film negative should be TIFF with CCIT group-IV. The restored drawings shoud be submitted on 2 (two) sets of Compact Discs (CDs). Raster editing software should be used to clear the noise from digital file. The image of the drawings must be cleaned, repaired and whenever required, the text is to be rewritten. The final output is required to be submitted in Raster format (TIFF with CCIT Group-IV compression at 300 DPI). (Entire work must be completed as per specification and Methodology.

Scope of Work

  1. There are around 1.5 lacs candidates whose documents are to be scanned and per candidate there could be two or more documents.
  2. IBPS will prepare the document set for each candidate for digitization and will hand over to the short-listed vendor for scanning.
  3. IBPS will provide the space for scanners, computers and associated facility like electricity etc. Vendor has to provide the necessary equipment’s and manpower for scanning/digitization.
  4. The job has to be completed within the target date set by IBPS, else penalty will be levied on delay.
  5. The scanned document (150 DPI resolutions in clear readable form) to be saved by the unique candidate information for indexing
  6. The digitized data has to be saved in the computerized document management system of IBPS for retrieval using the index keys which will be specified to the short-listed vendor during job execution.
  7. Each Set of document per candidate will have barcodes to be linked for the identification of each candidate document.

UNION BANK INVITES RFP FOR RATE CONTRACT OF DATA ENTRY SERVICES OF ACCOUNT OPENING PROCESS UNDER DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LAST DATE TO APPLY 27-SEPT-2017)

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
3.1 The Objective of this RFP is to enter into rate contract with one bidder for data entry services at Bank‟s locations. This rate contract will be applicable for all the locations (presently two locations i.e. Mumbai & Lucknow) of Bank across India. The estimation of customers/accounts/record (account) mentioned in the RFP is indicative only. The selected vendor/s shall organize and deploy adequately trained manpower/ resources (also referred to as Data Entry Operators (DEO)) required for carrying out the data entry task at Bank’s location, for a period of two years. The scope of data entry services to be rendered includes assisting and supporting Bank staff for processing of records with utmost honesty, integrity, efficiency, speed and secrecy along with execution of other related activities.

3.2 The infrastructure required for execution of activities for rendering the data entry services shall be provided by the Bank which shall include, Desktop/System, Application unique login credentials to the each operator for data entry.

3.3 It shall be the responsibility of the selected vendor to ensure that the Data Entry task is performed with precision and accuracy and in adherence of time lines stipulated by the Bank for completion of the task. The selected vendor shall provide uninterrupted and continued services during the period of contract.

3.4 The selected vendor shall be required to arrange additional manpower/ resources in case of higher inflow of records to ensure that data entry is completed and all or a part of the queued up records are cleared by day end or within such time line as the Bank may stipulate in this behalf. If required, split of the working hours on any given day in two shifts and have separate batch of operators for each shift.
Other terms and conditions will be shared with registered members only.
Available Locations – The Data Entry Services is to be done at Mumbai and Lucknow. The locations may be changed/closed or added in future as per Bank‟s business demand in future.
Contract Period – The price finalized shall remain valid for a period of 2 years from the date of 1st purchase order.

The Bank would like to apply advanced techniques like Machine Learning within fraud and risk to improve models and allow acceleration towards more real-time analysis and alerting.

Data Science at the Bank is expected to lead to strong, observable and benchmarked business returns (not just cost takeout) in the broader market.

The data at the Bank is expected to grow at an annual rate of 50%. The existing legacy platforms at the Bank may not be able to deal with the data surge. There is hence a need to find a more complete and comprehensive data solution, to manage compliance mandates, and to integrate data governance, lineage and other compliance aspects more deeply with big data platforms. The Data Lake at SBI is expected to serve as a converged regulatory and risk data hub.

SBI is increasingly looking at IoT data for ATM or mobile Banking. It may involve multiple streams of activity in real-time. For example, real-time, multi-channel activities can use IoT data to offer the right offer and advice to retail banking customers at the right time. SBI can also embed their services into the device at client touch points.

Enterprise data warehouse needs storage and compute offload. The Data Lake is expected to hold historical data also for any ad-hoc analysis. The Data Lake will be superset of existing Enterprise data warehouse. Data ingest pipelines for new existing source systems, required data transformations and data organization should be taken up by Data Lake.

Tender Document Cost – Rs. 550/-

Above given fee will directly given to corresponding department only.

Income from total contract – 2.5 Lakh to 15 Lakh Depends on data available in distt.

How to participate – Just register with us with minimum 2 month’s basic pack and you will get all details and support

Our Charges :

( 1 ) Basic Support Pack Fee : 5900/- for 2 months

( 2 ) Royalty :  5% from every billing.

( 3 ) Hidden Charges – There is no hidden charge from our side. Just register and ready to proceed for e tendering.

How to register :-

1. Download Registration Form.
2. First of all take printout of page 1 and page 2 (You can send filled soft copy word file)
3. Fill all fields with blue pen. Watch specimen copy for instructions on page 4.
4. Pay charges for service that you want to subscribe. Service charges are given on page 3 of registration form.
5. Mail transaction details of fee submitted. (Here is A/c Details for registration fee submission)
6. Scan both filled pages and mail us at dlitedatasol@gmail.com and support@delitesoft.in
7. Get Confirmation from billing dept. and document verification dept.
